	Jeannelle Frenette I've been practicing bodywork for six years. I've gained extensive training in various techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Sports, Pre-Natal, Hot stone, and Shiatsu Massage. I believe further education is essential to stay on top of the ever-changing field of massage, and the ever-changing needs of my clients. Every session I give is uniquely tailored to each individual's needs. Weather the goal is stress relief, or pain reduction, my objective is for each client to leave the session feeling centered, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Starting with gymnastics as a child, and later studying Martial arts and other forms of physical expression, I have gravitated towards kinesiology all of my life. This experience with movement, paired with a nurturing instinct has lead to my massage practice. As our bodies and minds are continually adjusting to external and internal forces, I feel therapeutic touch can help facilitate the body and spirit through this process. My goals with each life I touch are to facilitate the healing process, bring a deep sense of relaxation, and help improve quality of life.
