Ronan Lennon
Ronan began his studies in health and fitness as a personal trainer in Europe in 1992. His journey took him to New York and eventually brought him to San Francisco.
He has worked with a broad range of clients of different ages and fitness levels, ranging from individuals to professional athletes and sports teams. He has also
taught up-and-coming trainers.
Ronan's unending quest for knowledge has led him to create a unique, holistic approach that integrates several methods to help his clients
achieve their goals. Among these are:
- Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology, which he studied under Paul Chek, a prominent expert in the field of holistic health and founder of the C.H.E.K. Institute.
- The Egoscue Method!® for non-medical pain relief, which strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper functioning and alignment.
- Active Isolated Stretching, which he learned from kinesiologist Aaron Mattes.
- Energy-building exercises based on qi gong, yoga and tai chi principles.
Ronan's Holistic Lifestyle Coaching program takes a comprehensive, in-depth look at your health and lifestyle choices. He
considers your body as a "system of systems" and shows how you can prevent disease and stress, improve overall wellness and recover from injury
